We represent United States and foreign clients in the negotiation of joint venture, agency, licensing, and distributorship agreements around the world. Our client representation extends into broad areas of financing, regulatory, and corporate law. We maintain the most up-to-date and technologically advanced access to the latest developments in foreign commercial laws, particularly those laws and regulations being promulgated by the European Union. GKG Law represents multinational corporations investing in the United States. This includes companies undertaking real estate acquisitions and making stock investments in publicly-held United States firms—activities that require complex regulatory approvals.

We regularly assist clients with United States Customs activities, such as classification, valuation, foreign trade zones, and foreign asset control, which involve experience with sanctions imposed by United States laws. We are well known for our legal advice regarding export controls, export licensing and government procurement regulations unique to international trade, including procurements solicited by the United States Department of Defense and the Agency for International Development.
