Frank P. Beninato, III is an Associate in GKG Law, P.C.’s Business Aviation Group. Frank’s practice entails representing C-suite executives, high net worth individuals, and other aviation industry businesses in negotiating, structuring, and closing tax efficient and FAA compliant acquisitions, leases, and dispositions of large long-range business aircraft and helicopters, as well as advising his clients in developing aircraft ownership and operating structure alternatives to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, maximize ownership/operating deductions, and minimize likelihood of future audits.

Prior to joining GKG Law in March 2023, Frank was a Senior Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Deals, M&A, and Transactions practice. Throughout his M&A and deals career, Frank has advised multinational Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies, funds and partnerships on the tax and corporate aspects of planning, structuring, and executing complex transactions across various industries and jurisdictions. Frank has advised high profile clients on over one hundred buy- and sell-side transactions, with a total deal value of over $50 billion. While specializing in the financial services sector, Frank has also advised clients in other highly regulated industries, such as the pharmaceuticals, gaming, oil & gas, and defense industries.

In addition to deals diligence, planning, and structuring, Frank led a team of 25 attorneys and paralegals to deliver an end-to-end IBOR transition, playbook & clause library drafting, and AI-driven contract remediation support for one of the world’s largest investment banks. Frank has also drafted Legal Department policies and procedures for a newly established Urban Air Mobility division of a leading global automotive company.

Frank received his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015, with a concentration in International Taxation, and was the recipient of the Deans Scholarship. He received his J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2013. While pursuing his J.D., Frank was a judicial law clerk intern for the honorable Kerry Louise Early, Eighth Judicial District Court, District 4, Clark County, Nevada. Frank received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers University in 2008.

Prior to practicing tax law and accounting, Frank worked as a Private Equity Finance Analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Frank is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the States of Nevada and New York, and is an instrument rated pilot.
